Joshua started his career as a knitting machine mechanic and majored in fabric knitting in college. With deep expertise in fabric development and knitting technology, he founded New Dong Huang in 1999. His leadership and technical knowledge have driven the company’s growth as a leading activewear manufacturer.
Kim has been with New Dong Huang since 2012, bringing extensive experience in lead time management, production, customer service, and trim development. As a trusted leader, she ensures smooth operations and strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service and efficient production processes.
With a deep understanding of garment construction and craftsmanship, Tori specializes in solving technical challenges in knitting garments. Previously, she worked at an apparel factory on Saipan Island, U.S., for nine years before joining New Dong Huang in 2006. She provides expert advice on construction, pattern-making, and optimization during product development.
Jack has been with New Dong Huang since 2009, overseeing production lines and specialized machinery to ensure high-quality and consistent bulk production. With over a decade of experience, he is dedicated to maintaining the highest manufacturing standards and delivering products on time.
William, with a background in industrial engineering, transitioned into sales, blending technical expertise with deep activewear industry knowledge. Having grown upin the U.S., Spain, and China, he is trilingual in English, Spanish, and Chinese. With experience working and building with multipole 9 figure activewear brands, he understands performance fabrics, garment construction, and market trends, helping brands create innovative, high-quality products.
With over a decade in design and product development, Jarrah specializes in performance wear, trend forecasting, and technical design. Having worked with brands in Australia and London, including Abercrombie & Fitch, she brings a strong understanding of trim construction and the full product lifecycle, ensuring innovative and high-quality designs.
